Annette Gill, a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana marketing manager, worked five years with Dr. Susan Thompson.  "Susan is very committed and self-motivated; when she believes in something, she gives it 150%," says Annette Gill, a College Planning client whose daughter Gina attends St. Michael the Archangel. A volleyball scholarship is a possibility, but the playing field is competitive.

"It really pushes the student into thinking about his or her future," Gill says. "The chances of my daughter getting a scholarship aren't as large as I once thought they were, so I have to look at the options and possibly financial aid. We need to zero in on schools and the best fit for her."
